What is the background of the project?
-One of the problems about medical care in Morocco is that doctors work with international or French parameters/scales , which cannot be always adequate to patients in morocco,especially on a pediatric level. This project is about establishing a normal perimeter of child.
What is the aim of the project?
-Establishing a normal reference for childs cranium perimeter in Morocco, as well as defining the exact factor that influence this C.P. -Scientific Surveys / Clinical - Consultation and mesures / Cohorte statistic methods
What techniques and methods are used?
Clinical Consultation, Prospective Analysis.
What is the role of the student?
- The student will observe the practical experiments but will be highly involved in the analysis of the results
- The tasks will be done under supervision
What are the tasks expected to be accomplished by the student?
Will there be any theoretical teaching provided (preliminary readings, lectures, courses, seminars etc)
What is expected from the student at the end of the research exchange? What will be the general outcome of the student?
- The student will prepare a presentation
What skills are required of the student? Is there any special knowledge or a certain level of studies needed?
- The student must be a clinical student
- General knowledge about Pediatrics
- General knowledge about pathologies affecting cranial perimeter among Childs .
Are there any legal limitations in the student’s involvement
