What is the background of the project?
The aim of Petteri Arstila's group is to study human T cell development in the thymus, establishment and maintenance of immunological tolerance, and regulatory mechanisms in infection and immunological disease. The focus is on T cell homeostasis (activation, differentiation, memory formation, regulation) in normal and pathological situations, with special interest in autoimmunity.

Some experience in laboratory work is appreciated. Basic knowledge in immunology is needed. No legal limitations.
