What is the background of the project?
Most of Japanese workers belong to the medium and small-sized business, and there are many people who do not receive enough benefits of work management, work environmental management and the health care. The recent labor shortage lets this problem worsen more. In the local company worker, the solution to the problem of mental health, overwork and metabolic syndrome become the urgent problem.

We turn to the 10-year back and, for a medium and small-sized business in Fukushima and the employees, carry out co-Hort. It is the company where our laboratory takes health care on for ten years, and the target company clarified an individual problem until now, but is going to analyze the information that I got in ten years generally.

However, we have the student participate in a discussion and the result analysis about the investigation and find an opinion. We provide the environment where the student is easy to give an opinion. The student will be mainly concerned as an investigator on the day of the investigation.

What is expected from the student at the end of the research exchange? What will be the general outcome of the student?
- No specific outcome is expected
What skills are required of the student? Is there any special knowledge or a certain level of studies needed?
Are there any legal limitations in the student’s involvement
