What is the background of the project?
The aim of the project is to assess the importance of the mentioned scintigraphyc method in diagnosis of inflamation (mainly intestinal or skeletal involvement as: M.Crohn, Ulcerative colitis, Diabetic foot or Osteomyelitis).
To introduce the student to the method of labelling of Le with 99mTc NMPAO and examination of its distribution in physiological and pathophysiological condition of the patients
Purpose of the project: involving the student in separation of leucocyte and their labelling with 99m Tc HMPAO
