Type of Research Project
- Basic science
What is the background of the project?
Our laboratory is interested in signal transduction processes induced by nerve growth factor in PC12 phaeochromocytoma cells. The project concentrates on the role of small G-proteins (Ras, Rho) and mitogen-activated protein kinases in the regulation of gene expression, neurite formation, cell cycle events and cell survival in NGF-treated cells.
Purpose of the project: Investing of growth factor signaling in PC12 cells by using molecular biological techniques
What is the aim of the project?
: Investing of growth factor signaling in PC12 cells by using molecular biological techniques
