What is the background of the project?
Apoptosis regulation
What is the aim of the project?
Our aim is to determine the certain steps of apoptosis in the malignant cells and to define the exact regulation mechanisms.
What techniques and methods are used?
RT-PCR, immunhistochemistry, Western blot and flow cytometry methods.
