Type of Research Project
- Basic science
What is the background of the project?
The isolation of bacteria of urinoculture, determination of the serogroupe of Escherichia Coli and othe uropathogenical bacteria (eg. Proteus spp., Klepsiella spp. ) by using heamaglutional tecniques ,determination of the production of haemolisene , determination of production of aerobactine, determination of sensitivity of antimicrobicals and comparison with the factor of virulence.
Purpose of the project: to examine the factors which influence the virulence of the urinary issolates of E.coli and other uropathogenic bacteria and to compare them with the antimicrobical sensitivity, with the number of bacteria contained into 1ml of urine. To compare the results of the incidence of the serogroups with those resultes obtained earlier.
