The standard documents are the basic documents that the students are asking for and the special documents are less important, as only some Local Committees ask for them. So it's mandatory to upload the standard documents, but not the special ones. (Students do it when asked for by the LEO/NEO.)

Joint program with SCOPE in July. Includes different field-trips, tours, picnics, parties etc. Every student will get a contact person to take care of them and to introduce them to the local student life. Joint social program with SCOPE is available only in July.

About boarding - students are given pocket money OR a meal card and can use it in different cafeterias in different hospital buildings.
