ATTENDANCE: 80% attendance are required for getting a certificate. As tutors often complain about the short durance of the Exchange, 100% attendance would be preferred!

Attendance on the first day of clerkship is mandatory- otherwise it will be cancelled!

Lodging in a student dormitory in July, August and September (own towels and own standard single bed sheets needed) or in student flats. It is possible that you might have to share a room with another exchange student.

An exchange student who is absent or disobeys the exchange rules, will face expulsion and will not receive a certificate. Your exchange is not a holiday. Your tutor and volunteers from IFMSA invested a lot of time in arranging your exchange. Students not showing up at the arranged time or place, students who do not take their exchange seriously or cause trouble in any other way will lose accommodation and/or position at the hospital after three days at the latest.
