Academic requirements for the students
Students must be enrolled in a medical/pre-medical/biomedical program for at least 1 semester before joining the exchange program. Students should choose their desired project or department by the subjects that they have already passed or are about to take within 1 academic year. A minimum GPA of 2.50 is required.

<p dir="ltr"><span style="color: #000000;">The Local Social Program will be provided to incoming students by the LCs and the contact persons at their own discretion. Some universities may hold monthly international parties within their faculties.&nbsp;</span>However, if you are going to be joining us in our most crowded months, which are July and August, please stay tuned for the national social program and also the registration process at our Facebook page (Exchangethailand) and Instagram account (@scopeandscore_th).</p>
Special Remarks
We encourage you to explore our beautiful cities. You can get in touch with your contact person for advice and recommendations. Although, we kindly ask that you respect your regulations and work duties in the hospital. You are expected to attend laboratory sessions along with the research teams. Non-compliance and inappropriate behavior are considered unacceptable. If we receive complaints from your professor/tutor, contact person, or head of the dormitory, we reserve the right to cancel your stay in the hospital.

Students are required to choose 3 different projects out of 2 tiers as stated below.

Motivation letters are required to have a minimum of 150 words. Please note that the quality of your motivation letter strongly affects your chances of acceptance. Professors/Tutors are free to reject students who may not be up to their standards. You may be contacted if your motivation letter needs revision.
*We do not accept students starting their exchange between 23 Dec - 7 Jan and 8 - 19 Apr due to long holidays
*We do not encourage late AFs.

Students must state their scale of how academic they want their exchange to be ranging from (1-Pure Cultural) to (10-Pure Academic) in the 'Additional Notes' section of the Application Form in order for the NORE to avoid allocating students to unsuitable projects/professors.

Upon Arrival documents
The standard documents are the basic documents that the students are asking for and the special documents are less important, as only some Local Committees ask for them. So it's mandatory to upload the standard documents, but not the special ones. (Students do it when asked for by the LEO/NEO.)
The upon arrival documents are hard copies documents that the students are requested to take with them in the host country.”

CA will be sent 8 weeks before the start of exchange along with the student's invitation letter. Please check all the details in your CA and contact your contact persons as soon as you can.

*Due to the COVID-19 situation, the CA deadline has been compromised to 6 weeks prior to the start of the exchange. Please note that the start of the exchange is after the start of the 14-day Quarantine. Please check the requirements of the quarantine period with the NORE and LORE. This will be in effect until further notice. We do not encourage buying tickets before receiving CAs.

**You may be contacted to fill in other specific forms by some LCs (registration form, dormitory form, i.e.). Please be punctual and cooperative with them as well.

The real copy of Health insurance needs to be uploaded after receiving the CA and before sending the CC. The Health insurance should cover for COVID-19 and is also advised to cover other travel emergencies.

* Friends, family, significant others visiting are not allowed to spend the night in the provided dormitor

* If we receive complaints from your professor/tutor, contact person, or head of the dormitory about your work schedule or behavior, we reserve the right to cancel your stay in the hospital at any point in your exchange.
