Should any unexpected scenarios take place, we prefer substitutions to cancellations with same month, city and project.
Overall the process must be arranged with the NORE immediately to avoid any unexpected or unprecedented issues.
VISA and MASTER CARDS do not work in Sudan at the moment, so students will be using cash for their daily purchases and transactions. (Money exchange will be provided on the first day of arrival by the Contact Persons and/or LORE).MedSIN-Sudan can send an invitation letter upon student's request, contact : firstname.lastname@example.org - Student maybe required to create and present a scientific report to the tutors/research institute at the end of the exchange period.
If the exchangee doesn't speak the language indicated and/or doesn't bring the SCORE Logbook, he/she may be excluded from the IFMSA Exchange program by the hosting local committee with the agreement of the NORE. And ofcourse, To receive the research exchange certificate, the student must complete AT LEAST 80% OF THE WORKING HOURS.
