Insurance

As an NMO, we require:

Health insurance, which must be arranged by the student, at his/her home country. It must be sent with the AF. Your clerkship will be cancelled if this requirement is not fulfilled.

Personal liability insurance, which is needed in ALL LCs.
You are required to send it only after you receive your CA. This insurance can be obtained in Slovenia, yet we urge you to arrange it in your home country, because its price here is around 70 euros.

Personal Liability insurance: If you cause an accident and someone is injured or if you damage someone's property, you are responsible for paying all the costs of the accident, if you are not insured. You might, for example, break something in the dorms or on a more serious note, might cause an accidental fire, water damage, etc.

As an NMO, we do not ask for Travel Insurance or Malpractice Insurance.

Motivation Letters should be addressed to the Head of desired department (Professor or Doctor, names are not required) and not to our NMO. All standard documents must be uploaded before sending the application form (AF). If documents are missing, AF will be sent back.
