 ATTENTION

 - Placement in the desired field is not always possible, so make sure you fill out the 4 OPTIONS. If you fill out one choice only, this DOES NOT mean that you will be placed in that department, but that you AGREE to any department if the department you choose is not available.
- The capacity of the LCs and hospitals are limited. Each LEO is trying hard to place the students in one of their marked department, but it might not be possible always.

Students are not allowed to select more than 2 surgery departments in their AFs! (If Szeged is among the student's desired cities, it's possible to select 4 surgery departments. In this case the student has to write the extra 1 or 2 surgery departments in the "Special Notes from the Student" part of the AF.

The standard documents are the basic documents that the students are asking for and the special documents are less important, as only some Local Committees ask for them. So it's mandatory to upload the standard documents, but not the special ones. (Students do it when asked for by the LEO/NEO.)
The upon arrival documents are hard copies documents that the students are requested to take with them in the host country.”

- All students have to be vaccinated against polio, tetanus/diphtheria, pertussis, hepatitis B, measles, mumps and rubella

- All students need to attach the proof of immunity against tuberculosis. There are 3 combinations which will be accepted as a proof of immunity:
  • the Mantoux test result
  • the proof of BCG vaccination + X-ray result
  • the proof of BCG vaccination + Quantiferon result
The results of the tests cannot be older than 6 months.

Insurance
As HuMSIRC we only require health insurance however, this insurance CANNOT be arranged in our country, and should be arranged in your home country.
