A clinical clerkship is defined as the rotation of a student in a clinical department of a hospital or clinic, such as Dermatology and Pediatrics.

Special Remarks
-5 days a week(M-T-W-T-F) from 8:00 to 13:00
-The simple shift: 17 hours ( night) after 8 hours ( morning)
- Permanently-shift: 13 hours (afternoon) after 8 hours (morning)
-Shifts are only in the emergency department: Medical emergency, Pediatric emergency, Visceral emergency, Trauma emergency, Gynecology emergency
-Shift and Permanently are not mandatory, but it is necessery to keep shift if you want to learn more.
-communication in french is important in all the departments, and mandatory in pediatry, psychiatry, gynecology.

The standard documents are the basic documents that the students are asking for and the special documents are less important, as only some Local Committees ask for them. So it's mandatory to upload the standard documents, but not the special ones. (Students do it when asked for by the LEO/NEO.)
The upon arrival documents are hard copies documents that the students are requested to take with them in the host country.”
Immunization requirements
The only vaccine legally required to enter Burkina Faso is yellow fever.
Attention:the certificate of vaccination is required by the authorities when the plan comes down.The vaccine of yellow fever is now acquired for life.

Insurance
  •  Health insurances however this cannot be arranged in country and should be arranged in your country.
  • We don't ask for malpractice insurance nor travel insurance. If students still want these insurances, they have to arranhe them in their own country. This can not be arranged in our country.
