The standard documents are the basic documents that the students are asking for and the special documents are less important, as only some Local Committees ask for them. So it's mandatory to upload the standard documents, but not the special ones. (Students do it when asked for by the LEO/NEO.)
The upon arrival documents are hard copies documents that the students are requested to take with them in the host country.”
Immunization requirements
Proof of vaccination or titer count needed for: Hepatitis B DTPP (Diphterie, (Tetanus,) Polio, Pertussi) MMR (Measles, Mumps, rubella) Varicella
Insurance
As NMO we require complete international health and travel insurance (MANDATORY), however, this cannot be arranged in our country and should be arranged in your country. This to assure we can give the exchange student freedom to get to know the country, but we won't be assuming the risks.
We don't ask for malpractice insurance because in Bosnia and Herzegovina/Republic of Srpska students can't have this document as being student. Only doctors can have malpractice insurance. If the students still want this insurance, they have to arrange them in their own country. This can not be arranged in our country.
