The standard documents are the basic documents that the students are asking for and the special documents are less important, as only some Local Committees ask for them. So it's mandatory to upload the standard documents, but not the special ones. (Students do it when asked for by the LEO/NEO.)
The upon arrival documents are hard copies documents that the students are requested to take with them in the host country.”
As NMO we do not require any specific immunizations. But some LC can require specific immunization, so please check LC explore page carefully.
*Plus, as an extra information, the following vaccines are recommended for Koreans to vaccinnate from the government according to 'Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention' :
BCG(intradermal vaccination), HepB, DTaP, Td, Tdap, IPV, DTap-IPV, Hib, PCV(PPSV), MMR, Var, HepA, JE(inactivated vaccine and live attenuated vaccine), Flu, ViCPS(for high-risk group) and HFRS(for high-risk grouop)
Among them, DTaP(Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis) are required before entering school for all Korean kids.
*If the student has visited countries where yellow fever, Cholera, typhoid fever, Japanese encephalitis, rabies, hepatitis B, hepatitis A, influenza, poliovirus or malaria are prevalent before visiting Korea, it is recommended to vaccinate before coming in.
Health insurance and travel insurance required.
As NMO we do not ask for Malpractice Insurance thus the exchange student is not required to be insured for Malpractice Insurance, the Malpractice Insurance should be arranged in your home country if wanted, we do not have this type of insurance in our country.
You could not have any kind of Insurances in Korea.
Thus you are required to have Health &Travel insurance in your country
